Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for our books and our online workshops.

Books

You can return a book within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.

• To start a return, email support@swimspeedcoach.com with your order number.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the book back to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• Once we receive the returned book, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your book arrives damaged, or your order never arrives, please contact us at support@swimspeedcoach.com with your order number (and a photo of any damage) and we will sort it out with you.

Online workshops

Workshops are digital products that you can access immediately after purchase. Because access is instant, all workshop sales are final and non-refundable.

If you have trouble accessing a workshop you purchased, email support@swimspeedcoach.com and we will help you get in.
